We are looking for a driven Sales Representative with a passion for sales and a talent for mentoring others. What You’ll Do:

Generate leads and close residential and commercial roofing projects

Conduct on-site and in-home inspections and presentations

Document roof conditions with detailed photos

Collaborate with insurance adjusters for claims and assessments

Oversee project execution, from contract to completion

Maintain excellent communication with customers throughout the process

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of sales experience (Roofing Sales background required)

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Self-starter with leadership aspirations

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (truck preferred)

Able to climb ladders and perform roof inspections

Smartphone required; tablet and ladder preferred (suitable for two-story inspections)
