Skywall Construction, a reputable family-owned roofing company in the Austin area, is on the lookout for motivated sales consultants to join our growing team. As we expand our portfolio of roofing projects, we need dedicated individuals to help us seize both internal and external opportunities.
This is a commission-based role, offering the right candidate the chance to independently manage a variety of residential and commercial roofing projects. Our compensation plan is highly competitive, exceeding industry standards.

Requirements to Apply:
– Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
– Proven ability to sell and close contracts; previous experience in sales or roofing is a plus.
– Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (a truck is preferred but not required).
– Ability to physically climb ladders and inspect roofs.
– Cell phone required (tablet preferred).
– Ladder required (preferably suitable for two-story inspections).
– On-the-job training provided for the first two to six weeks, with ongoing support available afterward.
Responsibilities:
– Generate leads and prospect for new business through door-to-door canvassing, networking, cold calling, and other avenues.
– Inspect roofs for damage and document findings with photos.
– Conduct in-home and on-site presentations.
– Collaborate with adjusters for project assessments.
– Close sales leads effectively.
– Oversee projects on-site during removal and installation.
– Manage projects from start to finish with minimal workflow.
– Maintain clear communication with customers throughout the process.
