What Happens After You Request a Roof Inspection

1. We confirm a time. Our office calls or emails to schedule a visit that works for you.
2. We inspect and photograph the roof. We look at the shingles or panels, flashing, vents, valleys and gutters, and we photograph every slope.
3. You get written findings. You receive the photos and a plain explanation of what we found, including when the honest answer is that your roof is fine.
4. If work is needed, you get a written estimate. Repair and replacement options are spelled out so you can compare them without pressure.

What to Have Ready

• The property address and the best times to reach you.
• What you have noticed: a leak, missing shingles, granules in the gutters or a storm date.
• The roof’s approximate age, if you know it.
• Your insurance claim number, if you have already filed one.

Common Questions Before You Request a Roof Inspection

Do I need to be home? Tell us your preference in the form. Our office will confirm whether access to the property is enough or whether someone should be there, and being home does let you ask questions on the spot.

How long does it take? It depends on the roof size, pitch and access. Our office can give you a time estimate when we confirm the appointment.

Will you get on a steep or wet roof? Only when it is safe. If part of the roof cannot be safely reached, we note it in the findings rather than guessing.

Do you inspect commercial roofs? Yes, including low-slope roofs on commercial buildings. Mention the building type in the form.
